I, like so many, was terrified of the dentist and found every excuse not to go. I also knew that I had a good few issues in need of resolving and I wanted to save and protect my teeth and smile at all costs.From my first visit with Thomas, I felt relaxed, comfortable and confident and have spent the last few months returning for various treatments and came away each time with excellent results.Everything is explained in full detail, all questions answered and I can say I have never experienced a moment's discomfort whilst undergoing any procedure from root extraction to root canal. Thomas is always kind, warm, cheerful and the whole team at Bank View beyond excellent in every respect!I have recommended this dental practice to everyone and cannot recommend highly enough. I no longer fear the dentist and that is a fantastic thing. I'm back to using my full smile as much as possible. In fact, I'm now enhancing it with the home whitening kit used by Bank View too!

I've been a fan of Bank View Smile Studios ever since I started having dental and hygienist treatment with them 10 plus years ago.So I was confident that my most recent treatment to restore my smile with bridgework and crowns would be good. For the last 12 months my husband has tried in vain to sleep in the same room with me only for him to end up having sleepless nights due to my breathing issues. He eventually gave me an ultimatum... Stop making noises or I will kill you. In my desperation for a solution I approached Dr. Khalid, and after listening to my problems, he helpfully made a few suggestions and we decided on a plan. After a couple of visits, I was given a sleeping device and advised on how to use it and care for it. That night I tried it out, it fit very nicely around my teeth without being too tight. It is also easy to clean and everything fits neatly inside the container.I'm pleased to say for the last 2 weeks both husband and I have been sleeping peacefully and he no longer wants to stab me at 2am. I only wish I had come to Bank View Smile Studios a lot sooner. Thankyou Dr Khalid not only for sorting my dental problems but also saving my marriage!!

I have been terrified of dentists all my life, but thanks to Thomas and the awesome team at Bank View Smile Studios, this is no longer the case!Everyone makes you feel welcome and at ease, my teeth were in an absolute state when I came in, but nobody judged me at all or added to my anxieties (in fact it was the opposite!).Thomas is a superstar! He came up with a plan of action to get my smile back and every appointment has been a pleasure to attend, he has explained everything in great detail and talked me through all the steps along the way!I genuinely never thought I would ever get my smile back, now i'm constantly getting compliments about how beautiful my teeth are (They really are amazing)!!!I can't recommend BVSS enough, if you're like I was (petrified of dentists) trust me, get in contact with them ASAP - my only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner!P.S. Sorry Thomas, but I think you're stuck with me now haha!

Extremely happy with my treatment!! After being in pain for several months at a different practice, I am deeply grateful for the level of attention and care that I received at Bankview. The problematic tooth was quickly identified by Khalid and preventative measures were put in place to ensure that I wasn't in any pain. As a person who has dental anxiety, I felt comfortable and at ease as Khalid explained the procedures so I was exactly on board with my treatment plan. A lot of other practices don't bother to brief their patients so personally for me, this is one of the many things that really highlights their practice from the rest. I'm glad to have transferred to Bank View Smile Studios and I would highly recommend this practice! Thank you again to the triad of the dentist, dental nurse and reception for making me feel so welcome and I can definitely vouch that there is always support and care given here at Bank View!

I have been a patient at Bank View for near 14 years. I have just had Anterior composite restoration on my upper front teeth. Dr Somia Mohammed explained the process clearly from the outset and carried out the procedure with an amazing attention to detail, an absolute credit to friendly and professional team there. I normally feel like I have had a really good experience with getting my teeth cleaned at Bank View and feel like I get my £60 worth of treatment. I get my teeth done every year however this time I didn’t feel like I got a thorough clean. I actually came home and felt like i could have done the same at home if I’d used my electric brush. Not an entirely satisfying visit.Great care taken with covid safety and social distancing policies which have been introduced.

From my initial consultation for my orthodontic treatment the service has been amazing! After a not so great first orthodontic experience as a teenager and being apprehensive having them again as an adult, Dr Thomas was so reassuring about my options available. His care and attention to detail is amazing. Truly is calm and gentle dentistry The end result is even better than I imagined it to be. I highly recommend! Also during the covid pandemic the team is working so hard and well at keeping it a safe environment. Keep up the good work!

Don't know where to start all I can say that this dentist has probably been that best dentist that that have come across.khalid Is the accommodating an understanding of his Patient's He is very knowledgeable in this field of dentistry. My personal experience with the dentist has been a very good one very honest Give you the best advice possible. The staff also a very friendly at the practice and a happy to help with any queries and problems. The work he has done for me has been exemplary have no complaints about it. Just under a month ago I booked my first consultation with Khalid and have had over 6 appointments since helping me with my perfect smile. Fantastic service and experience! I received my braces treatment from Bank View and am extremely pleased with my results! Throughout my treatment, Dr Thomas and all the dental staff were always professional and attentive to my individual needs; they were very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. I have always been conscious about my teeth, but Bank View has given me the confidence to smile again. No help at all. Booked emergency appointment for a consistent abcess on my wisdom tooth that needs pulling out. They just wust washed it with corsodyl for 2 mins and charged me £80 for the privilege which i was doing myself anyway and prescribed antibiotics instead of dealing with the cause of the problem. My theory is they wont take a problem tooth out because they dont make money on fixing a troubled tooth so they leave it in so the same problem will come back and start the same process again, Now trying to find somewhere that will pull it out for me!

I completed my work experience at Dr Khalid's dental clinic, and honestly the experience I received was well-rewarding and beneficial to my dental journey. With one day of experience, I was taught several aspects of dentistry, including the periodontal examination, dental charting, and also the anatomy of adult and deciduous teeth. I had the opportunity to see different scenarios and treatments taking place- Khalid showed great skills and friendly behaviour to all patients, and I am hoping one day I get to have the same responsibility in my own dental clinic. All my life I have not been able to smile with my teeth showing, I had braces when i was 15 for 5 years at Richmond terrace, they left me with a gap in my front tooth. I then got a family friend to fill that gap up. I still did not have the confidence to smile with my teeth showing. Now I'm 30 years old and decided it's about time I needed to smile with confidence. I was recommended Dr Khalid by a family member who was also his patient. I found Dr Khalid to be caring attentive and reasonable in his pricing. He understood my needs straight away and worked out a treatment plan. I wanted a quick fix and did not want braces. Although my case was complex, Dr Khalid accommodated my needs. I ended up with 8 composite veneers at the top and now have the confidence to finally smile. I cant thank you enough Dr Khalid. You are an artist.

My tooth chipped last year, I mentioned to Dr Khalid who suggested a few options and I then did nothing for months- the chip only got worse. That put me into gear to seriously consider the treatment plans, so I was given 3 options, focusing on 3 different prices. I looked at these and thought- wow that’s a lot of money. Let me consult Dr Google. I then looked into treatment abroad and was considering it, when Covid struck and my teeth needed urgent treatment. Anyway, I contacted the surgery and chose an option. Everyone, I kid you not. Best decision made. My teeth are saved. The work is insured. Khalid went the extra mile for me, and I am so pleased with the results (I also heard some horror stories on work abroad). Khalid is all about using what you have and trying to keep that, as well as prevention. He doesn’t take the cheap, cheerful and speedy route. So... if your like me and trying to look at options- be sure to speak to khalid BEFORE treatment abroad. It’s worth it- you are worth it. They have so many payment options too. Glad I didn’t go for Turkey teeth 😂

I am halfway through my dental journey with Khaliq at Bankview and I could not be more pleased with the service I have received. For the first time in over 20 years I can clean my teeth using cold water instead of warm without any pain, I can eat food without fear of pain or of loosing teeth which is fantastic! Khalid has repaired my troublesome gum recession and painful exposed dentine on every tooth, he has also replaced two very overfilled beyond repair molars, all with minimal pain and very little fuss. Khalid and his staff take time to explain every stage fully and tailor their service to your needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Bankview Smiles to all my friends and family. The next stage of my dental journey is more about the cosmetic side of dentistry and giving me back my smile by replacing two old veneers and having a mixture of veneers and composite veneers fitted. After struggling for so many years I am so relieved to be in the safe hands of Bankview Smiles.

I started my journey with Bank View with broken, missing, decayed teeth. Teeth that would just crumble by brushing them. I plucked up the courage to make an appointment to start my journey for beautiful teeth and i walked out 10 months later with the biggest smile and wondering why I had left it this long.The receptionists are all so friendly. I cannot thank Khalid and Hannah enough for what they have done.I've had extractions, root canal work, crowns and implants and during the appointments never felt and pain.I smile so much more now and so grateful for everything.It really is a calm and gentle dentistry.

A dentist I totally trust, had implants, veneers and crowns done now over 10 years ago and still as strong as ever. Khalid always has time to chat/advise and now my baby boy has seen him twice in his first year to get used to the positive experience of a dentist. Again he took time to explain baby dental care! The whole team is always positive which I think it spreads to the customers ... and he never runs late !
