COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We work hard to provide a great, private dental service to our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the dental care you receive from Bank View Smile Studios. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:
- speaking to us in person
- filling in a feedback form at reception
- downloading our feedback form
- emailing us at info@bankviewsmilestudios.co.uk
- writing to us at Bank View Smile Studios, 57 Preston New Road, Blackburn, BB2 6AY
We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to investigate it within 10 working days. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, The Dental Complaints organisation is the next step.
