I have lived in Blackburn all my life. After leaving Billinge High School I went on to study for a Receptionist Diploma at Blackburn College.

I have worked at this practice for over 5years, initially starting as a part-time receptionist and then moving into nursing after undergoing our in-house training programme. I now work full time as a dental nurse alongside Khalid which I enjoy immensely. Having worked in reception prior I find it particularly helpful as I have a tangible understanding of the patient journey from start to finish. I love working in surgery because it’s extremely interesting, I’m learning and seeing new things all the time. This is because the dentists are constantly building on their substantial knowledge by attending post-graduate courses regularly. The part I like best is seeing the end result of all the cosmetic treatment we do and sharing in the patient’s joy and excitement of seeing their new smile.

Working at Bank View smile Studios is very pleasurable because we have really friendly dentists and a wonderful team of support staff, we get on well and I enjoy meeting our new patients.

I have one daughter and an 8 month old grandson called Finlay whom I enjoy spending all my spare time with.
